This therapy practice is a dream come true for me! Immeasurable amounts of prayer, lots of dreaming, and even more hard work have gone into Helix Therapy.

The name Helix is purposeful and has an intentional meaning. I have always desired to help others recognize and ignite their inner strength and resilience.  The helix shape is a symbol of resilience.  While we cannot change our past or avoid future obstacles, we can heal and learn to cope in a new and hopeful way.
